Keep relevant order, product, and lot details with your laboratory records. Do not alter labels, misidentify a lot, or present information about one material as information about another. Contact us if a product description or label needs clarification.
Suitability for your research
You and your research organization are responsible for appropriate methods, controls, facilities, storage, handling, safety, and disposal. Review the product information against the requirements of your laboratory before use. Product descriptions do not guarantee a particular experimental outcome. Research Use Only labeling does not establish that a material is harmless or that every hazard has been characterized.
Reporting a product concern
Report visible shipping damage, incorrect items, and missing contents within the 24-hour period described in our Shipping and Cancellation, Refunds and Returns policies. Report other material discrepancies promptly after discovery and include the order number, product name, applicable lot number, and a description of the concern.
Keep the relevant packaging, labels, and materials where safe. Follow any hold, withdrawal, or recall instructions we provide. Contact us before returning an item so we can give safe return instructions.
Refunds, replacements, and returns
Product concerns, refunds, replacements, and authorized returns are handled under our Cancellation, Refunds and Returns Policy. This policy does not create an additional voluntary warranty program or limit rights under applicable law.
